Job description:

•  The candidate should work with global clients, helping them with their administrative and executive support tasks.
• The Business Support Executive communicates regularly with clients through email, phone or messaging and helps them plan,and execute deadline based projects using MS Office suite, Online databases and CRM.
• Performs internet research, through public domain and paid sources, and provides summaries and reports on findings.
• It also provides email and ticket based customer support and helps the client in maintaining profiles on social networking sites, such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc in addition to doing other tasks as required by the client business.

Job requirements:

• The candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
