Job description:
- The candidates have to support the Geos to create a comprehensive and timely PQQ/ RFI/RFP/RfQ response document that presents an optimal business solution for the clients.
- To develop, update and create the useful and supporting documentation during the RFX process.
- Align proposals with customer’s evaluation process.
- Improve proposal in writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate.
- Provide primary writing support, crafting benefits-driven proposals that are accurate, detailed, persuasive and responsive to client needs.
- Act as liaison regularly with subject matter experts, transitions, IT, operations, and sales to revise and improve answers in the proposal database
- Design and develop case studies, collaterals, competency documents, brochures, etc while not working on pursuits.
Candidates profile:
- The candidates should have 8 – 15 years – experience in Presales (PQQ/ RFI/RFP/RfQ/ RFP) BPO Presales / Solution Design.
- The candidates must have good experience in BPO sector.
- Must have good ability to work across various geographies.
- Design and develop case studies, collaterals, competency documents, brochures, etc while not working on pursuits.
