Desired Skillset:


  • 0-3 years of experience in technical support.
  • BE/Btech (If no experience, then only 2014 graduates)
  • 65% throughout (10th, 12th and BE) No backlogs
  • Experience in a Tech Support environment is a plus.
  • Experience in working with Windows Operating system particularly Windows installation, Log file analysis, Windows config files, EventViewer files.


Job Description:


  • Provide technical assistance to customers on Aptean products via email.
  • Reproduce customer issues in house.
  • Publish articles in our in-house knowledgebase.
  • Able to learn a wide variety of technologies at a rapid pace
  • Document customer problem information, recommendations, and resolution in a clear and concise manner using CRM incident tracking system.
